Greetings!

We are proud to announce the 1st annual Small Art From The Heart (SAFTH) International Art Exhibition! This exhibit featuring ACEO small scale artworks will be held at the newly built Stream building in Newaygo, Michigan on August 11th through September 2nd, 2012. SAFTH will attract and showcase the unique talents of children, novice and professional artists from over 38 countries and 30 states with approx. 2,000 pieces of art (1,200 are from children). ACEO cards are a fun way to collect art from artists all over the world at a fraction of the cost for larger pieces. Each card is 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" as the size of a baseball card, which makes it easy to collect in display cases, store in albums or mat and frame.
We would like to offer you the opportunity to be a part of this exceptional event. Sponsorship of the 2012 SAFTH International Art Exhibit provides a great marketing prospect for your company. In addition to approximately 2,000 pieces of small scale artworks, there will be a large visitor presence and media attention. This is a great chance for your company to gain a positive association with an international level event that promotes youth participation and benefits children in need. The 22 day event will attract an estimated 1,000 to 5,000 exhibit visitors and an estimated 10,000 to 50,000 on-line website visitors.

Positive Youth Inspiration
We are providing educational outreach to schools and children ages 5 and up around the world. We focus efforts on youth participation, finding alternative ways to interest young people in positive related activities. Art Generates a Love of Learning and Openness to New Ideas. Art develops a willingness to explore what has not existed before. Art teaches risk-taking and being open to possibilities. Art allows one to grow from making mistakes. Kids whose creativity is nurtured are curious and inspired to learn more.
Who We Are
We are Newaygo County Prevention of Child Abuse (PCA) - a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Our event is hosted solely with the intention of providing a quality event for the community and introducing and exposing others to cultural diversity through art to benefit children “at risk” of child abuse and neglect.

How to Join in the Fun
On the following page, we have outlined three sponsorship levels. We welcome your consideration of any or all of these requests. We appreciate your participation as a donor or sponsor, particularly in identifying benefits that the SAFTH International Art Exhibit can provide in return for your company support.
2012 Sponsorship Levels available:

Gold Sponsorship Opportunity

This is the premium level of involvement. A tax deductible cash donation of $3,000 directly applicable to defray exhibit display/ development and advertising costs such as: display case materials, lighting, furniture, radio and signage promotions, etc.

For sponsorship value of $3,000, Your Company receives the following opportunities.
· Media coverage includes radio, television, newspaper, and potential video production.

· Banners/Signs: Your Company logo/name will be prominently displayed on banners. Banners are viewed by the exhibit visitors and street traffic near the event, and are likely to appear in photographs and local media coverage.
· Logo promotion: Your Company logos will be distinctly displayed on event shirts, advertising discs, event website, press releases, posters, flyers and other promotional materials.
· Sound promotion for Your Company will be presented on local radio stations leading up to the event, and will be mentioned at frequent intervals throughout the event.


Silver Sponsorship Opportunity

A tax deductible cash donation of $500 directly applicable to defray advertising costs such as: exhibit printed materials, temporary signage, computer rental for inventory purchases, copy machine rental, promotional materials, etc.
· Your Company logo/name banners prominently displayed.
· Logo promotion: Your Company logos will be distinctly displayed on event websites, posters, flyers and other promotional materials such as shirts, signs, novelty items, etc.


Bronze Sponsorship Opportunity

A tax deductible cash donation of $100 directly applicable to defray administrative costs such as: exhibit equipment supplies for young artists, transportation, and other expenses.
· Logo promotion: Your company logos will be distinctly displayed on event website, and event promotional materials
